Ontier hires Miguel Ángel Melero Bowen as corporate partner
Ontier has hired Miguel Ángel Melero Bowen as corporate partner.
Melero specialises in M&A, capital markets, financing and corporate law. He advises national and international companies on complex transactions, particularly in regulated sectors such as energy, telecommunications, insurance and real estate.
Corporate practice
Melero joins Ontier from Cuatrecasas, where he was a corporate partner for more than 14 years. He also led the firm’s offices in New York and Casablanca.
He has experience in distressed M&A and has been involved in restructuring processes including Celsa, Telepizza and Grupo Rator.
He has also served as general counsel and secretary of the board at Quabit Inmobiliaria prior to its merger with Neinor Homes.
