Ontier and Ecija in the acquisition of Mobbeel Solutions

Ontier has advised Indra Sistemas on its acquisition of 100% of the software technology company Mobbeel Solutions, as well as its subsidiary Mobbeel Innovation Labs, being Mobbeel Solutions one of the most advanced companies in the field of digital identity verification through biometric recognition solutions.

Ontier’s team was led by partner Jorge Perujo (pictured), along with senior associate María Barbed and junior associate Ana Contreras. 

Mobbeel’s sellers were advised by Ecija, with a team led by partners Borja Díaz-Guerra and Alonso Hurtado, along with senior associate Álvaro Gallego.
