New incorporation at Monedero Gil & Abogados
The spanish law firm, Monedero Gil & Abogados y Asesores Financieros, has hired Juan Carlos Alfonso (pictured left), secretary general of AENA, as new of counsel for corporate governance and ESG matters.
The firm headed by José Ignacio Monedero (pictured right), a retired state lawyer and current secretary of the Board of Governors of ICAM, seeks through this appointment, to promote a new area in the firm related to governance.
Monedero&Gil is the heir to a long family legal tradition that began in Alcalá de Henares towards the end of the 19th century. Today, it seeks to consolidate its position at the legal market as a firm specialised in legal-financial advice for companies and entrepreneurs.
Juan Carlos Alfonso graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has extensive experience as company secretary and legal advisor.
