New director of Fraternidad-Muprespa’s Legal Advice and Services Centre
Jesús Mas (pictured) has joined Fraternidad-Muprespa Legal Advice and Services Centre as new director, taking over from Rafael Domenech, who recently retired.
Mas holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been a practising lawyer at the Madrid Bar Association since 1983. He is also a higher technician in occupational risk prevention from the Carlos III University of Madrid and an auditor of occupational risk prevention systems from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
The new director has been linked to Fraternidad-Muprespa since 1992, has worked as a lawyer at the Advisory and Legal Services Centre and has been its Deputy Director since 2014.
The main activity of the Advisory and Legal Services Centre is to provide legal advice to the entire Mutual, its governing bodies, its central services and its network of centres.
It also intervenes on behalf of and represents Fraternidad-Muprespa in legal proceedings or prior administrative proceedings in which the Mutual is involved, and provides the entity with legal services, both in terms of advice and procedural practice.
