New appointments at Ontier’s labour department
Ontier has hired José María Fernández Mota (pictured left), from MA Abogados, as managing partner of the labour law department. It has also incorporated María Jesús Toraño (pictured right) as a senior lawyer.
José María Fernández Mota holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has more than 18 years of professional experience as a labour lawyer. Within Ontier, he will lead the labour law department and María Jesús Toraño will also join his team as a senior lawyer.
Fernández Mota has headed the labour law department of MA Abogados in Madrid since 2017 and has previously developed her professional career at Ussía & Martín de Vidales Abogados and at Rousaud Costas Duran. By her side, María Jesús Toraño has a law degree from the CEU San Pablo University and has developed her professional career at Bankpyme (between 1989 and 1995); Legalitas (from 2000 to 2010); Consultores y Patrimonio (from 2011 to 2016); and at MA Abogados (from 2017 to the present).
