Morais Leitão appoints Nuno Gundar da Cruz head of insolvency team

Morais Leitão have appointed managing associate Nuno Gundar da Cruz as coordinator of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice group.

Gundar da Cruz (pictured), who joined the firm in 2006, has significant expertise in the areas of civil, commercial and criminal litigation.

Gundar da Cruz will take over leadership of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice group from partner Filipe Lowndes Marques, who will continue to coordinate the firm’s banking and finance practice.
