Morais Leitão and BonelliErede with CIN on the purchase of Italian group Boero

CIN, the leading Portuguese company in the Iberian paint and varnish market, has just acquired a majority stake in the Boero Group, the Italian market leader in paints for construction, yachts and ships.

The Boero family has the legal backing of LCA Studio Legale, and maintains a stake in the Boero Group.
