Head of the local administration on leave of absence, Peña has extensive and consolidated experience in the public sector, in which he has also worked as a senior technician in the General Administration of the Andalusian Regional Government, head of the Legal and Personnel Advisory Service, town hall lawyer, lawyer for the instrumental administration of the Regional Government and as a secretary/interventor of the local administration.
