Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Greening on the incorporation of a green bond MTN programme on the MARF
Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Greening Group Global, Spanish multinational company operating in the renewable energy sector, on the incorporation of an MTN Programme on the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) -Spanish Alternative Bond Market- for a maximum nominal amount of €30,000,000.
The Programme allows for the issuance of secured green bonds for a maximum term of 5 years. Proceeds shall be used for Capex and M&A projects. Along with the green commercial paper issuances under the programme incorporated also on MARF, this Programme will develop the Greening´s Framework for Green Financing 2024. A second party opinion has been obtained. The nominated advisor of the issuer and placement entity is Renta 4 Banco.
