MLGTS recruits former PLMJ partner from CTT Correios de Portugal

MLGTS has recruited former PLMJ partner Magda Viçoso from CTT Correios de Portugal, where she was legal counsel.

Viçoso (pictured), who will join MLGTS’s corporate department as a partner, was with CTT Correios de Portugal for three years. She was a partner at PLMJ for two years, from 2012 to 2014.

Viçoso’s expertise includes M&A, capital markets and banking including public offerings, takeover bids, mergers and privatisations. She has a significant number of clients in the banking, energy, telecommunications, postal services and logistics sectors.

MLGTS managing partner Nuno Galvão Teles said Viçoso had considerable knowledge and experience and that hiring her was an “essential step for us”.
