Miura Partners recruits Legal director from KPMG

Spain´s Miura Partners has hired Paz Velasco Parera as its new Legal director, joining from KPMG Abogados

Miura Partners has announced the recent incorporation of Paz Velasco (pictured) as its Legal director. Paz has wide experience in Corporate, Commercial and Contractual Law.

Miura Partners (former Miura Private Equity) is a Barcelona-headquartered independent Private Equity firm developing dynamic Southern European companies since 2008, with €1 billion assets under management and specialising in the investment and development of medium-sized companies with a clear innovative and global vocation.

She joins from KPMG Abogados, where she was a senior manager, and where has developed her career as a Corporate, M&A and Real Estate lawyer since 2001. She specialises in M&A, Due Diligence, Contract and Corporate Law. She has advised companies in the industrial, food and real estate sectors. Paz is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

Paz is a Law graduate from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU and holds a Master´s degree in Business Law from ISDE Law & Business School.
