Mirlo Legal appoints Lorenzo Hernández as partner with Caridad Senderos
Mirlo Legal has appointed Lorenzo Hernández as partner, with Caridad Senderos also joining the firm. The appointments expand Mirlo’s expertise in corporate transactions, energy and compliance, reinforcing its capabilities in matters involving Spain and Mexico.
The profiles
Hernández has two decades of experience working across both markets, advising on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and energy matters. His knowledge of the Spanish and Mexican business environments is expected to support companies operating across the Atlantic.
Senderos is a Mexican-qualified lawyer authorised to practise in Spain, specialising in compliance. She has studied at IE University and holds the CESCOM certification.
With these additions, Mirlo Legal’s team comprises four partners and nine professionals representing four nationalities. The appointments reflect the firm’s focus on combining cross-border expertise with specialist legal advice for businesses operating between Spain and Latin America.
