Master Distancia acquires Implica Proyectos de Futuro, the advisors
Master Distancia, a Spain based provider of open training and specialized preparation to compete in different areas of the public sector, backed by pe firm KKR, has acquired Implica Proyectos de Futuro, a local provider of professional and vocational training for adults from Suma Capital SGECR SA, the local private equity firm.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed. The transaction provides an exit strategy for Suma Capital SGECR.
CMS advised Master Distancia with a team led by Ignacio Cerrato and comprising Alvaro Garcia Pelayo and Macarena Mendez.
Bufete Castilla advised the seller Suma Capital SGECR.
