Martínez-Echevarría has incorporated José Manuel Rodríguez as digital law partner.
José Manuel has a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid since 1998. He is a legal specialist in negotiation, data protection, privacy law, IT/IP, contract and commercial law. He is also specialized in Data Protection and Legal Compliance. Data Protection Officer (DPO).
He is also trained in e-commerce, IT, telecommunications, blockchain and digital innovation.
The new partner joins us from DiG Abogados. He has previously worked for different companies such as Forbes Sinclair, Everis España, Orangina-Schweppes or Multiópticas. And for law firms such as CMS Albariña & Suarez de Lezo, MLA Associates, Creativa Legal or Ius + Aequitas Abogados, among others.
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (Denae), the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (APEP) and the Spanish Association for the Promotion of Information Security (ISMS Forum Spain).
