Ceca Magán advises on Apartool’s €5.5 million financing round
Ceca Magán Abogados has advised the European fund Roch Ventures in the €5.5 million Series A financing round of Apartool, the corporate housing solutions provider.
European fund Roch Ventures, Spanish fund Barlon Capital, and also Telegraph Hill Capital, Finaves and Iberis Capital have participated in the round.
Roch Ventures is a venture capital fund dedicated to Series A financing of emerging and disruptive technology companies, especially in the hospitality and travel sectors. Our commercial lawyers, José María Pastrana and María Borrás, have been in charge of advising them in this financing round.
Apartool is a company specialized in offering temporary accommodation to companies that need to move work teams for a certain period of time.
