Eversheds Sutherland advises on the investment round for Inbrain Neuroelectronics

Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised the EIC Fund in a financing round in Inbrain Neuroelectronics.

Inbrain Neuroelectronics, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, specializes in the development of a comprehensive neural platform. This platform seamlessly integrates hardware and data analytics to decode and modulate neural networks, ultimately maximizing the time spent on therapy and effectively restoring function and mobility for patients.

In line with the long-term collaboration agreement between Eversheds Sutherland and the European Innovation Council Fund (EIC Fund), in which the European Investment Bank (EIB) acts as investment advisor to the fund, Eversheds acts as advisor in assisting the EIC Fund in a recent strategic investment in a Spanish company selected from 21 European jurisdictions as part of the EIC Accelerator Program. The EIC Accelerator Program aims to identify and support high-impact innovative companies within the European Union.
