M-E hires Gonzalo Blanco as Labour partner

Martínez-Echevarría’s Madrid office has reinforced Labour and Social Security area with the hiring of Gonzalo Blanco

Gonzalo Blanco (pictured centre) joins as a partner in the Labour law and Social Security practice in the Madrid office, headed  by José Manuel Villegas (pictured left). As Martínez-Echevarría managing partner Vicente Morató (pictured right) explains, “ we are reinforcing all areas of Legal advice in those disciplines that are essential to the configuration of a complete Business law firm that responds effectively and modernly to the changing and increasingly demanding needs of the business community.”

Gonzalo Blanco has a Law degree from CEU, a Master’s degree in Labour Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ESIC. In addition, he has extensive activity as a teacher at the Centro Universitario Villanueva and at CUNEF. He combines the experience of a lawyer with internal legal advice from companies as relevant as Grupo Generalli, with that of a lawyer in law firms such as the Labour boutique CUSAN, PWC, or the firm specialized in Labour law, Abdón Pedrajas. Likewise, for more than 10 years he has been in-house Labour lawyer at the Mercedes group in Spain.
