Mango appoints Paula Ariche Castillo as legal counsel
Paula Ariche Castillo has joined Mango as legal counsel, strengthening the Spanish fashion group’s legal team.Ariche Castillo announced her appointment on LinkedIn, confirming that she joined Mango several days ago as legal counsel.
She joins Mango from Pronovias, where she has worked as legal counsel since November 2025, advising on corporate, commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters.
The appointment is part of Mango’s continued investment in its internal legal capabilities as the group expands its presence across international markets.
The profile
Previously, Ariche Castillo spent more than two years at Uría Menéndez, where she progressed from graduate roles in corporate and real estate and IP and data protection to Associate in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice. She also gained in-house experience at Bayer, where she worked as a Legal Trainee covering corporate, data privacy and the company’s Crop Science business.
