Maio Legal incorporates Ángel Márquez as new partner

Maio Legal has incorporated Ángel Márquez Prieto as a new criminal and regulatory compliance partner at its Seville office after his internal promotion from the position of senior associate.

Márquez joined Maio almost ten years ago from the Molina Revuelta Law Firm and has 15 years of professional experience in procedural defense before courts and tribunals, as well as recurrent and strategic legal advice to companies at a national level and with strong weight in the health, education and care sector.

Likewise, Márquez is specialized in processes of evaluation, design and implementation of regulatory compliance programs in accordance with national and international standards.

Graduated in Law from the University of Seville and a postgraduate degree in international criminal justice from the Open University of Catalonia, he also has a compliance certification issued by the Spanish Compliance Association (Ascom), and by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA).
