Magnum instructs Herbert Smith Freehills on Cobralia deal

Herbert Smith Freehills advised Magnum Capital Partners on the acquisition of debt recovery business Cobralia Servicios de Recuperación.

The company was acquired from CDC Inversiones y Valores for €18 million.

The Herbert Smith team included partner Nicolás Martín (pìctured), senior associate Marcos Fernández-Rico, associate Beatriz de Basterrechea, and junior associate Ignacio Segura.

CDC Inversiones y Valores was acquired by Pérez-Llorca.
