This move follows strong demand from Spanish businesses since the company began testing the market earlier this year. The new office will support local clients, with plans to grow the team further by the end of the year.

The platform helps firms streamline contract review processes and enhance due diligence, improving efficiency across various sectors. This expansion follows a $40 million Series B funding round and reflects the growing adoption of Luminance across Europe, particularly in France and Spain.
