Luísa Carrilho, Andersen’s new M&A partner in Lisbon
Andersen has appointed Luísa Carrilho da Graça as the new partner in the corporate and M&A department at its Lisbon office. She transits from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, where she was of counsel. The attorney has broad experience in corporate and transactional advisory services for both national and international clients in the energy, natural resources, banking, and financial sectors. With her appointment, the firm now has a team of over 50 professionals in the Portuguese capital.
Luísa Carrilho da Graça holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and a master’s in Commercial and Financial Law from King’s College London. She actively participates in international conferences related to the energy sector and is a member of the Environmental and Energy Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
