Andersen advises Emuna Inversiones on the purchase of number 22 of Velázquez street
Andersen has advised Emuna Inversiones in the purchase of the building located at 22 Velázquez Street. The transaction consisted of the acquisition of its share of the asset from the socimi Inbest GPF and 34.5% of the property from a private Argentinean investor. The purchase from Inbest GPF has been articulated through the purchase of the company that owns 64.5% of the property.
The property located at Velázquez 22 is a building of almost 5,000 square meters. Located at the junction with Jorge Juan Street, it is a highly valuable asset, as it is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Spanish capital.
The transaction has been led by Ignacio Sáenz de Santamaría, partner of Andersen’s real estate department, and Borja Molina, partner of the tax department.
