Luis Miguel de Dios, new chairman of CMS Board of Directors
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has promoted Luis Miguel de Dios as new member and chairman of the board of directors following the departure due to retirement of Rafael Suárez de Lezo, who becomes chairman emeritus of the firm.
The board is made up of the lawyer, María González Gordon, Alfonso Codes, César Navarro, Diego de Miguel, Ignacio Grangel, Ignacio Zarzalejos and Luis Javier Vidal. The non-director secretary is José María Rojí. César Albiñana and María González Gordon continue to manage the firm.

Luis Miguel de Dios is a partner in the M&A department of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and a member of the Executive Committee of CMS. He specializes in M&A transactions and has extensive experience in commercial law, contract law, securities market and banking and finance law. He is responsible for the German Desk of CMS in Spain.
He advises both domestic and foreign companies, having advised clients in different sectors such as healthcare, real estate, automotive, renewable energies and insurance.
