López-Ibor and DPM announce their integration as López-Ibor DPM
López-Ibor Abogados and De Pasqual & Marzo Abogados (DPM Abogados) have announced their integration to start a new stage as López-Ibor DPM, a multidisciplinary firm with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
What began with a strategic alliance between the two firms a little more than two years ago has been consolidated with the birth of a new firm that combines and reinforces the experience of López-Ibor and DPM professionals in the main areas of practice related to business law (commercial, M&A, litigation, labor, tax, real estate, urban planning and insolvency) and in the main sectors of activity (real estate, agribusiness, distribution and retail, automotive, hospitality, aeronautics, venture capital, startups,
fintech and crypto-assets).
Thus, López-Ibor DPM will have a team of more than 60 professionals distributed in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, with the ability to meet the needs of national and international clients, and to develop new services.
This integration represents a relevant strategic move in the Spanish legal market, due to the importance of a union between two firms in places as important as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, and for the complementarity nature of their practices, giving rise to important synergies between offices for the benefit of their clients.
