Lisbon Rock ‘n’ Law raises €70,000 for charity
A total of €70,000 was raised for charity as a result of the Rock ‘n’ Law event in Lisbon earlier this month.
The event – which included performances from bands representing ten law firms – was held in aid of the AMCV (Association of Women Against Violence), a nonprofit non-governmental organisation that promotes the rights of women, children and young people and aims to combat gender violence and discrimination.
Around 1,850 people attended the event, which was held at the LX Factory venue on 2 July.
The law firms represented by bands performing at the event were: Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira; Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho; CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut; Linklaters; MLGTS; PLMJ; Garrigues; Miranda, Correia, Amendoeira & Associados; VdA; and SRS.
