Linklaters advises Panattoni on €15m RE acquisition

Linklaters Madrid office team has advised Panattoni on the purchase of a land plot in Torija, Guadalajara (Spain), from Bain & Company

American Real Estate company Panattoni will invest more than €15 million, according to ABC.es, in building a 28,400 square meter logistics warehouse in Torija after signing a land purchase agreement with Bain Capital Spain on April 24.

Panattoni has announced the forthcoming start of construction work, which will be called Park Madrid Este. The complex, which will be located in Torija (Guadalajara), in a strategic location, close to the A2 highway (Madrid – Barcelona).
