Linklaters advises on the largest Spanish bond issue in the US to date
Linklaters has advised the underwriters on Banco Santander’s $4 billion senior and subordinated debt issuance. This is the largest Spanish bond issue in the US to date.
The bank has just signed the largest debt placement ever made in the US by a company or financial institution. It has issued 4 billion dollars and large investment funds have taken the vast majority of the bonds.
