Linklaters has advised EQT Exeter in its alliance with Grupo Moraval to develop five new student residences, in addition to the eight they already jointly promote and operate, an investment of more than 300 million euros.

In May 2021, the two companies formed a joint venture to respond to the growing demand for student accommodation and after two years, this alliance has been consolidated.

In September this year, two new complexes will be inaugurated in Madrid: Nodis Pozuelo de Alarcón and Nodis Vicálvaro, which will provide more than 600 places in the capital.

The team was led by Gabriel Cabello, with support from Santiago AlfonsettiRosario Bernáldez IglesiasLaura Gómez Barea and Víctor de Elejabeitia.
