Linklaters advises entities on Amadeus capital and bonds issuance

Linklaters has advised syndicated placement entities J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Crédit Agricole on the issuance of €1.5 billion of bonds and capital by Amadeus

 

The syndicate of entities was formed by J.P. Morgan as single global coordinating entity and as placement agent, and Citigroup and Crédit Agricole CIB as placement agent.

As Iberian Lawyer announced last week, Amadeus was advised by Freshfields on this financial operation, that consisted of the issuance of €750 million of convertible bonds and a simultaneous capital increase of approximately €750 million carried out by Amadeus IT Group.

Linklaters Madrid office team was formed by managing partner Íñigo Berrícano (pictured), partners Federico Briano and Jorge Alegre and included counsel Pablo Medina.
