Linklaters advises Ares on the sale of Granaita retail
Linklaters has advised Ares Real Estate funds (Ares) on the legal and tax aspects of the sale of Granaita, a retail and leisure park located in Granada, Spain.
The asset formed part of a portfolio of nine retail parks acquired by Ares Management from Castellana Properties earlier this year, a transaction in which Linklaters also advised.
The team
The Linklaters team was led by partners Adolfo Guerrero, from the real estate practice, and Alejandro Meca, from the tax practice. They were supported by Carlos Gil Mesino and Francisco Javier Galindo Giménez on real estate matters, and Carlos Olmedo on tax matters.
