Linklaters advises AmRest on the sale of PizzaPortal for €35m

Linklaters advised AmRest on the sale of PizzaPortal to Glovo App for €35 million

European restaurant and foodservice platform, AmRest, has signed the agreement for the sale of its 100% stake in Restaurant Partner Polska, the owner of food ordering platform PizzaPortal, to Glovo, a digital delivery player in Spain.

The deal is valued at €30m plus a €5m earn-out.

The Linklaters team from the Madrid office was led by partner Alejandro Ortiz (pictured) and included managing associate Ricardo Pérez.
