Linklaters advised Acerinox on the acquisition of the German company VDM Metals

Linklaters advised Aerinox on the acquisition of the German company VDM Metalsto grow into new markets with tailor-made projects and solutions and higher added value materials. The deal value was 523 million euros and the closing of the deal is planned for the first quarter of 2020. 

The Spanish Linklaters team included partner Alex Kolb and managing associate Manuel Herrero. The competition team included partner Jaime Pérez-Bustamante and Counsel Fredrik Löwhagen.

Goldman Sachs International and KPMG also advised Acerinox.
