Linklaters acts for Jefferies on €80m Rovi capital-raising

A Linklaters team led by Madrid managing partner Iñigo Berricano (pictured) advised Jefferies International, Fidentiis Equities and Renta 4 Banco in relation to a €80 million capital-raising by pharmaceutical company Rovi.

Rovi will use the investment to invest in the development of two new drugs, Doria y Letrozol.

Jefferies International, an investment banking firm, acted as global co-ordinator on the deal.

The Linklaters team also included associates Pablo Ruiz de Assin and Héctor Garrido, as well as lawyer Pablo Medina.
