Linklaters acts for GIP on sale of Bow Power stake

Linklaters advised infrastructure fund Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) on the sale of a 49 per cent stake in Bow Power to Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, a subsidiary of ACS.

The deal was valued at €84.4 million.

Bow Power manages energy assets with a total value of €1.2 billion.
