Lawyers for Projects adds new partner and head of Client Solutions

Law firm Lawyers for Projects has hired Raquel Arenas Fradera as its new partner and head of Client Solutions

She started her professional career in traditional law firms such as KPMG Abogados, Ramón y Cajal Abogados and PwC. Since then, her professional practice has consisted of providing advice on transactions, contracting, Corporate Law and general advice on Commercial Law matters. She has also advised companies by joining their teams (in-house), which she says has been very enriching for her and has allowed her to have a closer view of the business.

From 2015 to 2018, she was a collaborating lecturer in Commercial and Corporate Law, teaching in the Master’s degree in Law and the ISDE’s Master of Access to the Legal Profession. She is a Law graduate from the Universitat de Barcelona, and she holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona and another one in International Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). She also counts with a General Business Management programme from IESE Business School (Universidad de Navarra).

Raquel Arenas (pictured): “Currently, as an independent lawyer, I continue to provide professional advice to companies in different sectors, acting as non-counselling secretary of some of them. However, most of my time is dedicated to the professional project in which I have recently become involved, Lawyers for Projects, a project that I believe represents an outstanding contribution to the Legal sector, consisting of the provision of Legal and Tax services through first-class flexible talent, on a project basis and with the support of technology.”

From the law firm’s side, they stressed: “We are very excited to start the year with the incorporation of Raquel Arenas Fradera as a partner of Lawyers for Projects and head of the Client Solutions area. We are delighted to be able to count on the human quality and professional talent of Raquel, who will help us to strengthen the comprehensive approach of the services we provide, with the aim of being closer to the needs and concerns of our clients and increase the value we bring to them.”
