Laffer adds Public Law partner in Pamplona from Cuatrecasas

Laffer Abogados has signed Javier Lusarreta, former Cuatrecasas counsel, as a Public Law partner in its Pamplona office

Javier Lusarreta (pictured) is specialised in Real Estate, Public Law, Public Contracting and Urban Planning, with extensive experience in Litigation, both in the Civil and Administrative jurisdictions, especially in matters related to Public Works liquidations and construction-related liability proceedings.

Javier, a Law graduate from the Universidad de Navarra, joins Laffer Pamplona office as a Public Law partner from the Cuatrecasas San Sebastián office, where he was a Public Law counsel. He has been linked to Cuatrecasas since 2002, when he started in its Barcelona office after two years working as an in-house counsel for a construction company.

He has been recognised by prestigious international directories in Public Law, Real Estate and Litigation areas.
