L&W counsels Square on Verse acquisition

Latham & Watkins has counselled Square on Verse acquisition. A cross-border team represented the financial services and mobile payments company

Square has acquired Verse, a Spanish P2P payments app that allows customers to send and receive payments from friends and family instantly, safely, and free of charge.
