Chequers adds Labour partner

Chequers Abogados has appointed Isabel Parada as new Labour area head partner

“The COVID-19 crisis and the regulations approved to face its economic and social consequences have had an extraordinary impact on Labour matters, and that is why, from Chequers Abogados, we have bet on the creation of a department specialised in Labour matters,” states the law firm in its LinkedIn Company profile.

Isabel Parada Torralba (pictured), who joins the firm from Benow partners where she was also in charge of Labour practice, specialises in Labour law, from employment regulation and dismissal processes to collective and individual transfer procedures, preparation of company manuals or equality manuals. She has been head of the Labour department at several firms as Deloitte Legal, Davis Arnold Cooper or DAC Beachcroft.

She graduated in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
