L&W advises bookrunners on Atlantica’s $100m notes issuance

Latham & Watkins has advised the joint bookrunners on Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure´s issuance of $100 million senior notes

Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Jersey Limited, a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc, has successfully completed the offering of US$100 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.00% Green Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2025. In addition, the full option was exercised for US$15 million in aggregate principal amount.

A cross-border Latham & Watkins’ team has represented J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets as joint bookrunners in the transaction, led by London and Milan partner Ryan Benedict.
