KWM with Greenhabitat on the acquisition of a plot of land

King & Wood Mallesons has advised Greenhabitat and its management company NiDra Homes on the acquisition from the public company SEPES of a plot of land of 27,244 square meters in Navalcarnero (Madrid).

The land, whose value has exceeded six million euros, will be used for the construction of 170 homes with limited price public protection (VPPL).

The KWM team that has advised Greenhabitat and NidraHomes has been led by the real estate partner José Antonio Calleja with the assistance of the associate Pablo Salamanca.
