KWM promotes Teresa García to Corporate M&A Spanish team counsel

King & Wood Mallesons has promoted Teresa Garcia to counsel for its Corporate M&A department in Spain

Teresa García (pictured) is specialized in Commercial Law and M&A, advising national and international clients on all types of transactions, particularly Energy, Infrastructure and Private Equity. She has also extensive experience in joint ventures and Corporate restructuring.

She joined KWM in 2005, developing her career in the Madrid and London offices. Among the companies she has advised are key clients of the firm, such as EDP Renováveis, DWS, Novenergia, CMA CGM and Indigo.
