KWM promotes Ildefonso Alier to partner

The Madrid office of King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has promoted Ildefonso Alier to partner.

Alier specialises in the structuring of national and international investment funds, including private equity, venture capital and debt funds.

He has advised a range of client including, Alantra, Portobello Capital, MCH Private Equity, Magnum Industrial Partners, Miura Private Equity, Oquendo Capital, GED Group, Altamar Private Equity, Arcano Group and Plenium Partners.
