KWM promotes Fernando Jiménez to counsel
King & Wood Mallesons has announced the promotion of Fernando Jiménez to counsel for its Spanish Tax team
A professional with more than 20 years of experience, Fernando specialises in all types of Tax matters, advising both corporate entities and individuals in relation to personal taxation, international taxation, indirect taxation and local taxation.
Throughout his professional career, Fernando has advised on the Tax structuring of domestic and international investments, as well as on numerous Tax litigation and Tax proceedings. He also has extensive experience in the Tax structuring of Spanish and foreign private equity funds.

Fernando (pictured) joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2006. He has also worked at Ramón y Cajal from 2004 to 2006. He graduated in Law from the Universidad de Zaragoza and goy his LL.M. (Tax Law/Taxation) from the IE Business School.
