KWM counsels Mapfre on RE acquisition in Madrid

King & Wood Mallesons has advised Mapfre on the acquisition from Dazeo of a property of over 3,400 sqm in Madrid

The building, located at 14 Paseo Imperial in Madrid, in the Madrid Río area, was owned until now by Dazeo, a Joint Venture of Dazeo Capital and Eurazeo, has a surface area of 3,427 square metres and comprises four floors, ground floor, basement, warehouse and a terrace.

The property is currently occupied in its entirety by the coworking company Monday, a subsidiary of the real estate investment and management firm Urbania, which three years ago made the leap into the shared workspace market with the launch of this brand.

The KWM´s  team advising Mapfre on this deal was coordinated by partner José Antonio Calleja (pictured), who was assisted by senior associate Candela Escribano.
