KWM advises on the acquisition of a 90% stake in Zamora Eco Energías
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised the private equity firm, Suma Capital, on the acquisition of 90% of Zamora Eco Energías, a subsidiary of the spanish company DH Eco Energías.
The Zamora Eco Energías project, which will involve an investment of about €25 million, will promote a renewable heat network in Zamora through biomass boilers, transporting hot water for heating and sanitary water. With a capacity of 20 MW, the grid will supply heat to 6,400 homes, public and private non-residential buildings.
