KWM advises Omega Gestión on its new fund

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Omega Gestión on the launch of its new fund Tandem Private Equity II, FCR. This new investment vehicle has a target size of €100 million and its strategy is aimed at investments in other private equity funds, mainly European and American.

The KWM team was led by Isabel Rodríguez, partner and head of the Investment Funds team, with the collaboration of the associates María de Orueta and Adriana Ordoño.

Omega Gestión is the alternative investment branch of Omega Capital. The company, with over 20 years of experience, has more than 1,000 million euros of assets under management.
