KWM advises Enzo Ventures on launch of new fund
King & Wood Mallesons has advised Enzo Ventures on the launch of the Enzo Ventures I FCRE fund
King & Wood Mallesons’ (“KWM”) Funds team, has advised Enzo Ventures, on the launch of Enzo Ventures I FCRE. It is its second fund aimed at investing in European seed-phase technology startups. The fund has a target size of 20 million euros and already has a committed capital of 10% by investors of its first investment vehicle.
In this project, Enzo Ventures has had the support of Moira Capital Partners, the private equity firm led by Javier Loizaga, which acts as the management company of Enzo Ventures I FCRE. The fund’s strategy is focused on investing in approximately 35 companies with tickets between 100,000 and 500,000 euros.
Enzo Ventures, whose founders are the youngest venture capital managers in Europe, invests in disruptive startups with a strong technological profile, with special attention to Climate Tech, Fintech and the Saas sectors.
KWM’s team was led by partner Ildefonso Alier (pictured left) and included the participation of associate Enrique Torné (pictured right).
