KPMG Abogados advises Aldicer Re on BME Scaleup listing

KPMG Abogados has advised Aldicer Re Socimi on the admission of its shares to trading on BME Scaleup.

Aldicer Re Socimi is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring residential assets consisting of multiple housing units within the same building, which are then rented out on a room-by-room basis.

This approach responds to a growing trend in the spanish residential market, traditionally oriented toward leasing entire apartments, driven by the rising demand for co-living solutions among young professionals, students, and other individuals seeking flexible and affordable urban housing.
