KPMG advises on the first IPO of Riba Mundo Tecnología in the Italian market
KPMG Abogados, with italian law firm Gattai, Minoli, Partners, has advised on the first IPO of Riba Mundo Tecnología in the Italian market, the Spanish company, on an Italian market.
This transaction will admit the company’s ordinary shares to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana. Riba Mundo Tecnología will be the first Spanish company to be listed on an Italian market.
Riba Mundo Tecnología is a technology company headquartered in Valencia, Spain, and a leader in the B2B segment of the electronics sector, operating in the purchase and resale mainly of consumer electronic products. The company, established in 2018 and active in B2B consumer electronics trading on a global scale, distributes in more than 45 countries, with a team of about 70 employees and a base of more than 1,000 international customers. In 2022, the company’s total revenues exceeded €329 million, registering a 2019-2022 CAGR of +109%, and EBITDA stood at €7.5 million, up 92% from 2021.
The offer price per share was set at €19.70, for an expected market capitalization at the start of trading of about €40 million.
The law firm Gattai, Minoli, Partners assisted as deal counsel Riba Mundo Tecnología S.A. and Banca Profilo (Euronext Growth Advisor, Global Coordinator and Specialist) with a team coordinated by Counsel Edoardo Brillante.
KPMG Abogados acted as legal advisor to Riba Mundo Tecnología for the Spanish law aspects of the admission to trading transaction, with a multidisciplinary team composed of labor partner Francisco Fernández, Jaime de la Rosa (director/tax), Andrés Íñigo (director/corporate), Maitane de la Peña (director/capital markets), Isabel Gutiérrez (senior associate/capital markets) and Giuseppe Maria Bertuglia (associate/capital markets).
